It was another Sunset in Jakarta, location on the fly over Karet. the clock in the dashboard shown it was at 18.30. And when I turn my head to the right, I can see the sun dawn at the west. I slowed down my car, grabbed my digital camera, and took a view shot with flash. Another romantic sunset, with a commuter was trapped between the dawn of the sun and me.

Soon I was realized, this is the life of commuter, we went to office early in the morning, and came home after the sun dawn. Many times, we can’t enjoy the sun set, we miss it, another common grace from GOD.

This picture is presented to all the commuter, whom is trapped in the traffic jam around the mother city of Indonesia.

Dalam perjalanan menuju Kelapa Gading, melewati jalanan ibukota, saat itu jam 18.30, biasanya Jakarta sudah gelap ditelan malam, tapi hari itu berbeda dari hari biasanya, … it was sunset in Jakarta. Memperhatikan terus menerus suasana sunset dari belakang setir, sedikit-sedikit melihat ke kaca spion. Hati sudah tak tertahankan, sehingga saya memutuskan untuk segera meraih kamera saya, untuk sesegera mungkin mengabadikan suasana sunset di kemayoran. Sambil terus mengagumi anugerah TUHAN. Dengan hanya membuka kaca samping, lalu mengulurkan kamera digital, dan memastikan obyek foto hanya melalui pantulan display di kaca spion, saya ambil 2 buah foto, satu menggunakan flash, lainnya natural… wow indahnya, seandainya setiap moment dapat ditangkap… di sebuah perhentian di daerah Kemayoran…

notes : perhatikan diujung jalan tersebut ada kubah besar (terlihat kecil di kamera saya), itulah Reformed Millenium Cathedral, lokasi dapat dilihat di google map!
